Physical Education

Nederland Middle-Senior High School is in the process of shifting the Physical Education department into a major component of our Outdoor Leadership pathway, which is a part of the school-wide Career and Technical Education programming. Historically offered classes such as Wellness in Action will be replaced by classes more relevant to our environment such as Outdoor Recreation A&B. We welcome the great outdoors with open arms! This shift of classes is starting at the high school level and working down to the middle school level over the course of the next four years. The end result will provide students with opportunities to acquire certificates in which they can apply towards the workforce or further education
