Registration & Fees

​In order to participate on the first official day of practice, all forms must be completed, sports physicals uploaded, and all fees must be paid (credit, cash, or check). 

Starting Monday October 25, 2021 BVSD will be using a new sports registration system called rSchool. All forms needed for athletics registration can be found here. You will also upload your student's sports physical to this site.

This new system will follow your student throughout their years in BVSD. You will need to create an account to register your student, and in the coming years, your information will be saved for future forms. From there you can modify any information that has changed and upload a more recent physical.

No payment will be taken when you register for a sport. You will be notified by your school when it's time to make a payment through RevTrak.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

A current physical is required for participation in Middle School Interscholastic sports (Middle School Intramurals exempted from an athletic physical). 

The standard sports physical form provided by the physician's office is acceptable.  If a form is needed, please download & print the BVSD Student Physical Form or use one from the American Academy of Pediatrics Website.

HIGH SCHOOL

* STARTING IN THE 2024/2025 SCHOOL YEAR - ALL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO USE THE CHSAA APPROVED PHYSICAL FORM FOR ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION.  

Physicals cannot expire before the start of the season. Please remember to bring the CHSAA physical form to your appointment to be signed by your physician. The sports physical form must be submitted to the school athletic office before a student-athlete is allowed to participate in any tryouts, practices, or competitions.

* Registration Fees have changed for the 2023-2024 school year.

• High School Interscholastic In-District Fee of $200 (Out-of-District is $300)
• Middle School Interscholastic - In-District Fee of $100 (Out-of-District is $150)
• Middle School Intramural In-District Fee of $50 (Out-of-District is $75)
• Note: All Athletic Fees are paid by through RevTrak.  All fees are required to be paid prior to the first practice.  If you would like financial assistance, please return the Fee Waiver Request to Janet Turburke, Athletic Assistant.
• Note: There is an In-District Family Maximum of $500 across all Middle School & High School Athletic Fees.  If you have questions about this, please contact Janet Turburke, Athletic Assistant.

* To pay athletics fees, go to RevTrak, select "Athletics", then select your student's sport to pay participation fees.

Athletic fee refunds will be given before, but not after, the first game of a season.

The school in which a student-athlete can participate in High School Athletics depends on the what school they are currently attending and where they reside.
